How do I get my VPN service up and running?
  1. If you're on the Strictly Business plan, you get 2 VPN users included with your service. If you're not on one of those, you need to upgrade to it to get VPN access (upgrade at the "Billing > Services" area of our web panel).
  2. Add and/or configure your VPN user(s).

  3. Once you have added a VPN user, you can:
    • Add another user

    • Download VPN client software

    • and get detailed instructions for installing and configuring your VPN client software

  4. Install and configure the VPN client software.
Note: Mac Users also have a few options to use our VPN services. They can buy a VPN client from Apani Networks, or if they're technically inclined, possibly get a unix-based vpn client running under Mac OS X!

Above it mentions that you can get "Instructions For Installing and Configuring Client Software". This link is indeed available when you first go to the VPN tab on your control panel but once you have added a user the link disappears. I could find a link to it here in the KB so if you're looking for those instructions they are available here:
