If
you are using an FTP client that supports synchronizing your website with local
folders, you may find that excess files keep getting moved around, even though
you know they are up-to-date. This may be because your local time and the server
time are DIFFERENT, which can mess up the sychronization. Make sure your system
time is correct (get the current time from <A
href="http://www.time.gov">www.time.gov</A>) or install a utility that keeps
