I was getting "incorrect login/password" errors when setting up my email client. One thing that may be confusing is that there are two different login names to check your email. If you are using your webmail.example.com then your login name is joeblow, but if you are using an email client (Outlook, Mozilla Mail, Eudora, etc) then your login name will something like m2947682
